The swimming segment consists of a single loop in the Prince of Wales Dock, renowned for its calm and protected waters, providing a safe and controlled environment for athletes.

Cyclists embark on a one-loop journey that showcases the natural beauty of the Gower Peninsula. The bike route begins and ends in the heart of Swansea City Centre, extending along the coastal path to Mumbles, a charming seaside town. The path then meanders through the Gower Peninsula’s diverse landscape of hills and valleys, offering stunning views before looping back to the city centre.

The running portion, comprising two loops, guides competitors through the vibrant streets of Swansea City Centre. This mostly flat course includes a few gentle hills, culminating at the Dylan Thomas Centre, a museum celebrating the legacy of the renowned Welsh poet, where the finish line awaits.
