Description of the course

The Ironman New York 70.3 course is a challenging yet rewarding race that takes participants through some of the most picturesque scenery in Long Island, New York.

The swim course winds through the calm waters of Zach’s Bay.

The bike leg heads north along the Atlantic Ocean Parkway, offering stunning views of the coast. Riders will encounter a few rolling hills along the way, but the overall course is relatively flat and well-maintained. Passing through the towns of Wantagh,

Seaford, and Plainview – riders will enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of these communities and the picturesque scenery of the surrounding countryside.

2 loop run leg s out-and-back course that follows the scenic boardwalk along the Atlantic Ocean. The run course offers stunning views of the ocean, the Long Island Sound, and the Manhattan skyline on a clear day.
