Despite a few challenging climbs, the terrain is mostly rolling and enjoyable, taking riders through the historic Gränna center and idyllic villages like Färjestaden, Kalmarsund, and Bergkvara.
The running portion consists of three loops through Kalmar’s historic streets and parks. Beginning in Kalmar, the course extends to the city center along the scenic coastline, passing landmarks such as Kalmar Castle, Sankta Maria Church, and Kalmar Town Hall. The course is primarily flat and fast, allowing for a strong finish. Runners return to Kalmar, cheered on by enthusiastic crowds as they pass the historic center and the Kalmarsund waterfront.
